Relocating to the Dripping Springs area

Every home buying journey is different.

However for Clients relocating from out of the area, state or country the process typically unfolds in the following order...

Clarity Call   A 10-15 minute conversation to ensure we’re a good fit for achieving your real estate goals.

Pre-Approval  After our call, you’ll connect with a lender to begin the pre-approval process, if not already done. Buyer Strategy Meeting Once the pre approval process is underway with your Lender, we’ll schedule a 60-90 minute Zoom meeting to discuss your criteria for your next home and begin the process of purchasing a home in the state of Texas.

Property Matching You’ll receive MLS listings along with off-market opportunities through eXp’s Zenlist along with properties that are weeks from hitting the market, if at all.

Neighborhood Targets  I’ll provide resources to help you narrow your search to 2-3 neighborhoods.

Property Tours (Virtual) I will tour properties within 24 hours and provide you with FaceTime or video walkthroughs, both which will be recorded so you can refer back to them if needed.

In-Person Tour (Optional)  Depending on market conditions, you may visit Austin/Dripping Springs to see homes prior to making an offer or wait until we have the home under contract.

Offer Research & Construction  I’ll analyze the seller’s equity position, tax details, market demand and trends along with other key data-driven factors to guide you in making the best offer.

Due Diligence/Option Period  After offer acceptance, I will coordinate and attend inspections and appraisals. You can view the home in-person during this period.

Offer Re-Negotiation  Based on inspection findings, we may submit a revised offer or conduct further negotiations.

Pre-Settlement  I will oversee the closing process and connect you with professionals for renovations or other needs.

Closing/Settlement  I’ll be present at closing to ensure the process runs smoothly and advocate for you if needed.
